Béatrice Melin

Béatrice has been involved with Reciprocoach since 2007 when she first used "Contra Coaching". As a young coach (she started coaching in 2004 in Marseilles, France) she simply loved the tool. She needed some hours of practice for her ICF ACC Credentialing and there was the perfect tool!

The idea of improving your coaching skills and style while coaching and being coached at a more than reasonable rate seduced her. She loved the idea of bartering or "faire du troc"! So, when Kerryn was looking for the new RRC in French BÈatrice knew it was the project that she had been looking for for a while.

After starting her own business in 2003 as a consultant speciliazed in developping SMB, she works today as a coach and trainer focused on the "entrepreneur" hidden side of the client. She coaches the person as a whole, considering personal developpement an important part of the professional developpment.

Based in Marseilles, she run her business Alidade with the conviction that performance is worth nothing if it doesn't meet health, fulfillment, passion and moreover professional and personal development. She holds a master's degree in SMB development, speaks English and French and loves traveling, particularly in south-east Asia. She has a 22 years background in the tourism and leisure industry.
