Why does Contra Coaching exist?
Contra Coaching was first created so that there would
be no reason why every coach couldn’t have their own coach. Later,
this was also extended to mentoring.
Typically, money gets in the way of coaches continually
being in coaching themselves and having mentoring, but with Contra Coaching,
money is no longer an issue.
Contra Coaching fees are intentionally low, so that
no coach can not afford to have their own coach or mentor, thereby giving
coaches maximum accessibility to ongoing coaching and mentoring.
