Not-for-profit coaching groups such as professional association chapters (e.g. ICF or IAC) and other not-for-profit communities and organizations supporting coaches throughout the world are telling their members about the opportunities ReciproCoach offers to new coaches to develop confidence and to mature coaches to continually deepen their skills. If you are reading this, your not-for-profit organization has likely already referred numerous coaches to our community and would we like to thank you for this. Why become a ReciproCoach Coach Supporter?

• Earn commission on your coaches' first purchases with ReciproCoach and on all subsequent purchases for 5 years. This is 50% more than for-profit-organizations. As a not-for-profit group, often with limited funding, this has the potential to bring an additional stream of income that will enrich your members two-fold: once when they get involved in ReciproCoach and a second time when you reinvest the money you earn into your not-for-profit organization.
  
• Upon entering your referral code at signup, your coaches will receive a free ReciproCoach Resource, normally valued at between US$17.50-27.50. ReciproCoach resources aim to support coaches in growing and sustaining a successful coaching business.
  
• Gain access to the feedback left by clients and coaches of your member coaches. Because this feedback has been left by other trained coaches, this is invaluable data which can be used to indicate the strengths and weaknesses of your members and can assist you in supporting them better.
  
• If you are a professional association, ensure it is listed among the associations in the ReciproCoach database. This gives your students the sense that your association is recognised among the international coaching community. It also assists in coaches searching for members of your association within our online community.

What are the requirements of becoming a ReciproCoach Official Referrer?

Your organization must be a recognized not-for-profit coaching organization, group or community.

All referral earnings will be paid into a PayPal account of your choice. The minimum pay-out for referral earnings is $50, paid quarterly.
